(NL) Unikoi – Premium Overwintering & Gezondheidszorg
Bij Unikoi staat het welzijn van onze koi centraal.
Alle bij Unikoi aangekochte koi kunnen genieten van gratis premium overwintering tot en met het voorjaar van 2026, zodat zij de winter doorbrengen in optimale en gecontroleerde omstandigheden. Na deze periode kan de verzorging worden verdergezet tegen een vooraf overeengekomen maandbedrag, afhankelijk van de grootte van de koi. De exacte einddatum wordt gecommuniceerd via onze gebruikelijke communicatiekanalen en is weersafhankelijk, met een minimumgarantie tot en met 30 april 2026.
Mocht er zich tijdens deze gratis overwinteringsperiode uitzonderlijke sterfte voordoen, dan kan u een andere koi kiezen met een gelijke waarde of ontvangt u een Unikoi-geschenkencheque ter waarde van het oorspronkelijke aankoopbedrag.
Sterfte buiten de overwinteringsperiode valt buiten deze zorggarantie.
Voor afhaling worden onze koi onderworpen aan een laatste grondige gezondheidscontrole, inclusief screening op ziektes, parasieten en wormen. Zo garanderen wij dat elke vis Unikoi verlaat in uitstekende gezondheid en topconditie, klaar voor een nieuw hoofdstuk bij u thuis.
Communicatie met betrekking tot overwintering, afhaling en verdere afspraken kan verlopen via e-mail, sociale media, persoonlijk contact of andere passende communicatiekanalen.

At Unikoi, the well-being of our koi is our highest priority.
All koi purchased at Unikoi may enjoy complimentary winter care until spring 2026, allowing them to remain in optimal conditions during the colder months. After this period, continued care is available at a mutually agreed monthly rate, based on the size of the koi. The exact end date will be communicated through our customary communication channels and depends on weather conditions, with a minimum guarantee until 30 April 2026.
Should an exceptional loss occur during this complimentary winter care period, you may select another koi of equal value or receive a Unikoi gift voucher corresponding to the original purchase amount.
Losses occurring outside the winter care period fall outside our care guarantee.
Prior to collection, our koi undergo a final and thorough health evaluation, including screening for diseases, parasites and worms. This ensures that each fish leaves Unikoi in excellent health and peak condition, ready to thrive in its new environment.
Communication regarding winter care, collection and related arrangements may take place via email, social media, personal contact or other appropriate channels.
